1- making calls
|
|
|
To make your first call once you have your Mobinil SIM card, all you have to do
is:
|
|
Charge your battery
New phones are often not supplied with charged batteries. To charge the
battery, simply install and attach the phone to the charger (follow the
manufacturer's instructions). Charging time varies, but most batteries will be
fully charged if left overnight (around 8 hours), in order to maximize the life
of your battery; you should follow the charging and discharging guidelines
recommended by the manufacturer.
Insert your Mobinil SIM card
Mobinil SIM card is the direct link between your mobile phone and Mobinil GSM
network. Your Mobinil SIM card performs many functions;
-
It stores your customer file.
-
It allows you to access Mobinil GSM network with all its services and facilities
e.g.: Mobinil Life.
-
It manages the security of your phone through the Personal Identification Number
(PIN code).
Your Mobinil SIM card is a removable card and can be replaced from one mobile
handset phone to another without losing your phone number.
If you switch on your phone before inserting your Mobinil SIM card, the display
screen will read "INSERT SIM".
Some handsets take full-size SIM cards, whereas others take plug-in Mobinil SIM
cards. If your mobile takes a full-size SIM, simply slide your card into the
mobile.
If your mobile takes the plug-in SIM, press the plug-in part carefully out of
the full-size SIM card. Your phone manual will show you how to insert it into
your handset.
