Mobilist is a text-based menu that allows you to benefit from Mobinil's latest offerings, including credit recharge, and Credit transfer, new products and much more. Now, you can also benefit from additional exclusive services as follows:

Menu Browsing

Please call #100# to access the main menu, in which all available services are displayed. To select a service please press answer, enter the service number and then press send.

Mobilist Services

Please recharge me

This service allows all ALO, Call & Control and Primo customers to send SMS to any Mobinil number to recharge their credit by any means of recharging service for three times per week free of charge.

how it works

  • Please dial the short code: #130*mobile number# to send an Arabic message
  • Please dial the short code: #131*mobile number# to send an English message
  • "Please recharge me" is available to all Prepaid, Primo and Call &Control customers.
ALO Balance Inquiry

This service allows all ALO customers to view their credit for three times per week free of charge.
"ALO Balance Inquiry" is available to all ALO customers (Alohat, Magic ‘Sehry', ALO Business, ALO Regions).

how it works

  • Dial #100# from your mobile handset, then choose option 3
  • Direct code to the service is #100*3# or #100*3*Password#
Call Me Back

This service allows all Mobinil customers to send call me back request free of charge. This is easier than making a missed call or writing an SMS. In addition, it can be used in both validity & grace periods, and with no limit on the credit.

how it works

  • Please dial the short code: #120*mobile number# to send an Arabic message
  • Please dial the short code: #121*mobile number# to send an English message

Anonymous Recharge

You may now recharge another Mobinil customer's account through USSD service with any scratch card value.

how it works

  • Dial #100#
  • Choose Anonymous Recharge option
  • Enter the 10-digit mobile number you want to credit
  • Enter the 14-digit scratch card number
  • The recipient will be notified by SMS
  • Short code for the service is: #108*recipient number*scratch card code#

Credit Transfer

Prepaid, Primo & C&C

This service allows all ALO, Call & Control and Primo customers to transfer credit to another Mobinil line.

Fee of 2% from the transferred amount will be deducted for every transferred EGP 1 with a minimum of EGP 0.20.

ALO can transfer/ receive credit from Call & Control & vice versa.

Corporate Call & Control can transfer/ receive credit from ALO & personal Call & Control & vice versa.

Call and Control customers can make credit transfer while they are SD.

  • Enter the 10-digit mobile number you want to credit
  • Enter the transferred amount
  • The recipient will be notified by SMS

Personal Postpaid

Personal Postpaid lines with more than 1 year with Mobinil, could transfer credit to any ALO, Call & Control and Primo line.

The transferred amount will be added to your bill with a maximum monthly transfer of EGP 100. No commissions or fees will apply on the transferred amount.

  • Enter the transferred amount

Bill Advice

This service allows all Postpaid, Call & Control and Primo customers to inquire about their monthly bills for free.

You can check the unbilled amounts, the current/last bill issued, the last three bills before the current/last bill and the last three payments.

  • Select Bill Advice from the main menu
  • Short code for the service: #110#
  • Unbilled amount; #110*password*1#
  • Last bill issued; #110*password*2#
  • Last 3 invoices; #110*password*3#

Fees:

The browsing of the menu is free of charge. However, the paid services, such as credit transfer will be charged as usual.
