Call Tones concept

Call Tone service enables you to replace the standard call tone with a variety
of songs or plays short clips.

As a call tone subscriber you can choose up to 48 different songs and save them
in a call tone album.

There are two types of Tones, a general tone that you can assign to all callers
or a personal tone that can be assigned to a special group of callers.

Each subscriber can add up to 10 phone numbers in each special group he or she
creates.

Cost of the voice service 9999 is EGP 1.5 per minute.

The cost of call tone renewal through the voice service 9999 is EGP 1.5 per
minute.

If you know the code of the song you wish to renew, you can send an SMS to the
short number 9599 containing the letter R followed by the song code. The cost
of sending an SMS is EGP 5.

Each Call tone chosen is valid for 30 days.

You can renew your call tone up to 3 days before validity end date.

As for renewal of the call tone service, you have up to 3 days after validity
end date.
