The minimum charge for International calls is 1 minute. Thereafter you will be
charged on a 10 seconds increment basis for international calls in addition to
the local call rate to fixed line specific to your tariff.

Use Mobinil scratch cards for local and international calls:

Scratch the serial number on the back of the card and follow the instructions
to recharge your credit.

Now you can make local and international calls.
