recharging your credit at your convenience.
The monthly payment of your Primo bouquet will be automatically deducted from
your credit each month. Your line will enjoy lifetime validity as long as you
have enough credit in your account each time the payment is due.

Call 1010 from your Primo line.

Listen to the interactive message and follow the instructions.

Your line will be renewed on the spot provided that you have recharged from a
Mobinil scratch card the required value for renewal.

Remember to bring with you:

Your national ID or passport.

1 recent utility bill having the same address stated on your ID

Receive your pack with the new Mobinil SIM card Mobinil sales representative
will help you to transfer all the data that is on your current SIM card to the
new Mobinil SIM card.
Mobinil will keep you updated with the
progress of your request by SMS.
3. Join Mobinil
Your line will be activated on Mobinil's network within 6 working days maximum,
the activation date of your new Mobinil SIM card will be communicated to you by
SMS

Make sure to settle your final bill at your previous operator to guarantee the
continuity of the service provided to you by Mobinil.
