Cash Payment Machine with Citibank
|

Even if you are not a Citibank customer, you can now pay your monthly bill in cash in the Citibank Special Payment
Machines FREE of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.You don’t need to be a Citibank customer to use this payment service.
This payment facility is available in all Citibank branches and selected Malls
in Cairo and Alexandria [No Credit Card is needed, payment is in cash].
How to use the cash bill payment machine:

Choose your language (Arabic / English). |
|
Select Mobinil logo.
|
|
Enter the mobile number and the payment amount using the touch
screen option or the keypad.
|
|
Pick the envelope generated by the Cash Bill Payment Machine and
place the cash amount you want to pay in the dispensed envelope, seal it and
insert it in the deposit slot. |
|
A unique transaction number will be printed in on the envelope and
a provisional receipt is printed out including the date of payment, Mobile
number, amount paid and the transaction number. |
|
